HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR OMBRÉ BROWS
1. Right After Your Procedure:
- Keep Them Dry: For the first 7-10 days, make sure your brows stay dry. This allows the pigment to settle properly and helps prevent any issues.
- Hands Off: Avoid touching or picking at your brows! This helps them heal and keeps bacteria from causing infections.
- Stay Out of the Sun: Direct sunlight can fade the pigment. A wide-brimmed hat or sunglasses will help protect your brows during healing.
2. Daily Care Routine:
- Cleanse Gently: After the first week, you can start gently cleansing your brows. Use the provided cleanser and remember—no scrubbing!
- Moisturize: Keep your brows hydrated with the A&D ointment provided, applying a half rice grain amount twice daily (morning and night).
- Avoid Harsh Products: Stay away from products with acids, retinol, or exfoliants—they can make your pigment fade faster.
3. Long-Term Maintenance:
- Wear Sunscreen: Keep your brows protected from the sun with SPF 30+ sunscreen. Reapply every two hours if you're out for long periods.
- Limit Sweating: Excessive sweat can fade your brows quicker. If you’re doing activities like heavy workouts or using a sauna, try to keep your brows dry.
- Schedule Touch-Ups: Ombre brows usually last 1-3 years. To keep them looking fresh, schedule regular touch-ups with your artist.
